Krzysztof know as the “The Polish Experiment” was born in Stalowa Wola, Poland. He lived there until the age of 10 when his family moved to Winnipeg, Canada.
He played football and soccer for Maples high school, but later turned to bodybuilding and then pro wrestling. Krzysztof trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under black belt and gym owner, Rodrigo Munduruca, in Winnipeg. He worked as a houseman at the Fairmont Winnipeg Hotel and as a promoter of local MMA events in Manitoba.
Krzysztof was a professional wrestler for a short time and after learning some Jiu-Jitsu moves from fellow professional wrestler Bad News Brown who was a bronze medalist at an Olympic games, Soszynski decided that his future was in MMA (mixed martial arts. A ‘ground and pound’ specialist, he has also improved his striking proficiently and is competent both standing and on the mat. He also trains under Dan Henderson at Team Quest in Temecula, CA alongside Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou.
Krzysztof entered The Ultimate Fighter where he defeated Mike Stewart and Kyle Kingsbury on the way to the semifinals. Currently Krzysztof UFC record is 3 Wins and 0 Losses and he has had the honor of receiving Fight of the Night.
